1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any service provided by qeenph, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the qeenph platform. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using qeenph services and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and qeenph (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the qeenph online gaming platform located at qeenph.cam and any associated mobile applications or software (collectively, the "Platform"). Your continued use of qeenph services following any modifications to these Terms signifies your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to register an account with qeenph or participate in any gaming activities. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. qeenph reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension or closure with forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

qeenph services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. You represent that you are not accessing qeenph from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of qeenph services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a qeenph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.4 Verification Process

qeenph employs industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. As part of our verification process, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. qeenph reserves the right to suspend account functionality, including withdrawals, until satisfactory verification is completed. Refusal to cooperate with verification procedures constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qeenph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify qeenph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. qeenph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your qeenph account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. This includes all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and communications made using your account credentials. You agree to indemnify and hold qeenph harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

qeenph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your account credentials. Sharing, selling, or transferring your qeenph account to any third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

qeenph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected or refunded, minus applicable processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to successful account verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. qeenph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks for large withdrawals or suspicious account activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Fees and Currency

qeenph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via GCash and Maya. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond qeenph's control. All transactions on the qeenph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees may apply for deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, qeenph requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without playing, will be investigated and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

qeenph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse Prevention

Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.

5.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

qeenph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or terms, qeenph's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on qeenph utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. qeenph partners exclusively with licensed and reputable software providers whose games undergo regular third-party audits for fairness and compliance with industry standards. Game results cannot be manipulated by qeenph or any player.

6.2 Game Rules and Payouts

Each game available on qeenph has specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money wagers. qeenph is not responsible for player misunderstandings of game rules or mechanics.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software defect that affects game outcomes, qeenph reserves the right to void all affected wagers and game rounds. If a game disconnection occurs during an active round, qeenph will attempt to restore your session; if restoration is not possible, the round will be completed according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy, and any winnings will be credited to your account.

6.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are broadcast in real-time from professional studios and are subject to the rules and decisions of the live dealer presiding over the game. The dealer's decisions are final. Video feeds may experience delays due to internet connectivity; qeenph is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qeenph platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, chargebacks, or any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages in poker, tournaments, or other competitive games.
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Exploitation: Taking advantage of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Money Laundering: Using qeenph services to launder money or engage in illegal financial transactions.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, maintaining, or operating more than one qeenph account.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other players or qeenph staff.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to qeenph systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Commercial Use: Using the qeenph platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the qeenph platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of qeenph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The qeenph name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the qeenph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or otherwise exploit any content from the qeenph platform without express written permission from qeenph.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

qeenph services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. qeenph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. qeenph disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qeenph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of qeenph services, even if qeenph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall qeenph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of qeenph services exceed the amount of deposits you made to qeenph during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000.00), whichever is less.

9.4 Force Majeure

qeenph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, internet service failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by qeenph

qeenph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, bonus abuse, suspicious betting patterns, or any conduct that qeenph determines, in its sole discretion, is detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

10.2 Account Balance Upon Termination

If your account is closed for violations of these Terms, qeenph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to Terms violations, qeenph will refund any legitimate remaining balance after deducting applicable fees and charges.

10.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

qeenph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from qeenph services by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion periods, you will be prohibited from accessing your account, making deposits, or participating in any gaming activities.

10.4 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your qeenph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bonuses will be forfeited, and your remaining account balance (after fulfilling all wagering requirements and pending withdrawals) will be paid to you according to standard withdrawal procedures.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.3 Time Limitation for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of qeenph services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.

12. Amendments to Terms

qeenph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the qeenph platform. Your continued use of qeenph services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or prominent notification on the qeenph platform. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of qeenph services and close your account.
